Cap Lining Machine

The Cap Lining Machine is made to add liners inside plastic caps using TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) plastic pellets. The machine molds these pellets into liners that fit perfectly inside the caps.

The liners are important because they solve two big problems for caps: stopping leaks and handling pressure. With the liner, the caps fit tightly, keeping the product safe inside the bottle during storage and transport. Whether it’s for juice, soft drinks, or other liquids, our machine makes sure the liner is safe for food and prevents contamination.
