Cap Folding Machine

This Cap Folding Machine was firstly invented by JOBO Machinery, designed to fold the extended part of the cap's anti-theft ring inward.

One of the best features of the Folding Machine is that it syncs perfectly with the speed of the Cap Compression Molding (CCM) machine. After the caps have been compressed, Folding Machine is required to make the fold inward the extension part of cap anti-theft ring. With JOBO’s Folding Machine, manufacturers can now produce caps with secure anti-theft rings quickly and reliably.

Anti-theft ring is the small circle connected under the bottle cap; it is one-time broken. So, when the bottle is opened it come off naturally and remains on the bottle. This indicates whether the bottle has been opened.
